Ltd. VK Tranzīts is testing a document management system.

The companies of the Ltd. VK Tranzīts group have launched a two-month pilot project this spring, testing the RIX Technologies document management system (DVS) Namejs solution. The project will run from March 4 to May 3, 2025, and its goal is to assess the suitability of the solution in the daily operations of companies, as well as the possibilities of integrating it into existing work processes. During the project, companies will practically test the document management system, receiving advisory support that will help assess the effectiveness and potential benefits of the system. This will allow companies to better understand how the solution can improve workflows and increase efficiency.

The pilot project is being implemented using the Test Before Invest service provided by the European Digital Innovation Hub, as well as receiving financial support from the European Union, NextGenerationEU. This project is part of the measures financed by the Recovery Fund (AF) that promote the transition of companies to digital solutions and more efficient work processes. The initiative promotes the digital transformation taking place in Latvia, supporting the modernization of companies and increasing their competitiveness in the global market.

Such support helps to test technologies before full investment, ensuring that the solution truly meets the needs of companies.

About the Recovery Fund

The Recovery and Resilience Facility is a centrally managed budget programme of the EC, established in addition to the EU multiannual budget for the 2021-2027 programming period. Its aim is to support reforms and investments related to the transition to a green and digital economy, as well as to mitigate the social and economic impact of the crisis. The Recovery Fund is expected to invest EUR 1.97 billion in the Latvian economy by the end of 2026, implementing reforms and making investments in all six areas of the Recovery Fund: Climate and Energy (including REPowerEU), Digital Transformation, Reducing Inequality, Economic Transformation, Health and Rule of Law.
